Position Summary

Provides network support to operational computer networks by performing the following duties.

  • Assembles and configures network components and associated services.
  • Sets up and maintains basic network operations, including assembly of network hardware and software.
  • Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
  • Upgrades network hardware and software components as required.
  • Installs, upgrades and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, security, software and files services as directed.
  • Provides users with network and P.C. technical support.
  • Responds to needs and questions of users concerning their access to network resources.
  • Establishes network users, user environments, directories, and user security.
  • Installs and tests necessary software and hardware.

Education and/or Experience

Some college, technical school training and certification; and three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Department by tracking preparing and distributing designated reports while ensuring that required material is supplied to the production floor, as according to the production schedule.

  • Manage overall production planning table.
  • Create SAP Planned Orders in the SAP Planning Table verify matches to the production plan.
  • Audit production plans to actual production results and keep management apprised of any difference in these results.
  • Work with BRU on any inventory shortages as they relate to the production plan.
  • Create manual Backflush transaction to a planned order as necessary.
  • Audit and trouble shoot SAP transactions and correct as necessary.
  • Close out planned orders by issuing actual material used to the planned orders and calculating the difference as scrap or yield.
  • Work with production on cycle counting.  Enter daily count results into SAP.
  • Work with production to receive paperwork on any miscellaneous inventory adjustments and make adjustments in SAP as needed.
  • Become the site expert on SAP for Bakersfield manufacturing.
  • Enter daily production in SAP
  • Prepare and distribute daily, mtd & ytd production graphing.
  • Production tracking for “Employee Incentive Program”.
  • Prepare and distribute Scrap Report
  • Prepare and distribute the Month End: Grape, C02 & Water Scrap reports.
  • Record planned orders into SAP
  • Order bottles for daily production
  • Prepare and distribute Inventory materials vs. schedule report
  • Handle other projects or tasks as time allows.

Education and/or Experience

Requires at least 1+ years of production experience with 2+ years SAP MFG exposure and or/experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining payroll information and report to Director of Manufacturing overtime, rest and meal break violations, etc. Must possess auditing skills to track down all discrepancies between ordering and delivery documentation.  Multi-tasking is mandatory.  Personnel in both Bakersfield facilities utilize this individual for all employee related benefit, payroll issues.  Assist all supervisory/management personnel.

  • Ensuring all new hires have been orientated properly, documentation gathered and sent to corporate H.R.
  • Tracking all dollars spent for plant and input data in budget
  • Maintaining documentation on coaching/counseling of employees, terminations, etc. Coaching supervisors through the coaching/counseling process.
  • Understanding and training supervisors on the reporting of injuries, conducting investigations, and reporting accidents to our carrier. Training the supervisors on properly filling out paperwork and filing report to corporate safety manager.
  • Knowing the ADP Workforce system and training/supporting supervisors and new employees, and reporting any issues to corporate H.R.
  • Working with supervisors and staffing agencies for production support and making sure timecards are sent to the appropriate staffing agencies
  • Updating the MSDS books when a supplier issues a new MSDS she
